This open-label Phase 1 study compares how the body handles two different eloralintide solutions, and records safety and tolerability, in healthy participants. Participation lasts about 13 weeks. It runs at 2 United States sites.
Read with care: it is a formulation and pharmacokinetic study, not a weight-loss study. A registry record describes a study’s plan and status. It is not a result, and it does not show that the drug works or is safe.
Study context
What the study tests
This Phase 1 open-label study compares how the body handles two eloralintide solutions after single doses in healthy adults. The primary endpoints are the total drug exposure (AUC) and the peak concentration of eloralintide. The record lists 58 participants, and participation lasts about 13 weeks, including inpatient treatment and follow-up.
Who can take part
Adults aged 18 to 65 who are healthy by medical evaluation, with a BMI from 20 to 32. People with diabetes, an HbA1c of 6.5% or more, a gastrointestinal condition that affects gastric emptying or recent weight-loss medication are excluded. Sites are in Florida and Texas.
What the registry does not say
The study is no longer recruiting and no results are posted. This page does not describe how the two solutions differ; the registry record holds the intervention details. Primary completion is registered for October 2026.
